Guest Portal

Information submitted through the Casa Serendipia Guest Portal is used to coordinate your reservation and stay, including guest details, travel arrangements, airport transportation, meal planning, and other requested services.

Google and Gmail

Casa Serendipia uses Google's Gmail API to send reservation and guest-related communications from our designated Casa Serendipia email account.

Our Guest Portal uses this integration only to send email. It does not use the Gmail integration to read, modify, or delete emails from the account.

Information received from Google APIs will be used in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect personal information provided to Casa Serendipia and limit access to individuals who require the information to provide services related to your reservation and stay.
